Shaftless screw grit classifier

Designed to separate and clean grit. A typical grit classifier is designed to separate grit from solid residues and to extract the liquids with the screw conveyor.
During the extraction process, grit and dirt from organic residues can be removed through pulverisation with water during the transportation process (which has the effect of returning organic material to the liquid deposits). Drying is achieved through the effect of gravity when the grit passes above the water level. To maximise drying, the combination of spiral speed and the length of the conveyor belt above the water level plays a key role.
