Sinfines Factory has completed the IT360 – 360 Technological Innovation for Industrial Transformation project, carried out at its facilities in L’Aldea.

The aim of the project was to advance the company’s digital transformation through the implementation of an integrated system for managing processes, production and information.

As part of the project, five technological systems have been implemented and are now operational:

  • MES, to manage and control production processes.
  • CRM, to centralize sales management and customer relationships.
  • BPM, to organize and automate workflows.
  • OCR, to streamline document capture and processing.
  • BI, to analyze information and support decision-making.

The integration of these tools has made it possible to move toward more efficient, connected and digitalized management, improving the traceability of operations, automating key tasks and reducing management time and potential operational errors.

The project strengthens Sinfines Factory’s innovation capacity and prepares the company to face its future growth with more robust, scalable, data-driven processes.
